Our friends over at womanisart.tumblr.com just informed us that New York has a topless bookclub and, son of a gun, they do! It turns out that it’s legal for a woman to be topless in NYC. Is this a great country or what? The Outdoor Co-Ed Topless Pulp Fiction Appreciation Society began meeting in August. Check it out:
